Love Yourself –
Improve Your Health

Because you deserve to feel better!

Often it’s not the pain or health problem itself that’s the big issue…
It’s what it stops you from doing or enjoying.

Life’s too precious to spend it feeling less than great.

I utilise acupuncture, massage, cupping, dietary therapy, remedial exercise and more to help get your body and mind functioning optimally. So you can get back to living; rather than just existing.

A relaxing environment…

I offer individual private appointments from my wheelchair-accessible clinic space in the Bryants Rd Specialist Centre at Shailer Park.

Plenty of onsite parking is available, with a second carpark out the back. Entry is off the atrium.

Please enjoy all the little niceties in my bright tranquil treatment space, including a top of the line adjustable treatment table, fresh soft white towels & beautiful decor created by local artists.

Treatment is far more than just having needles stuck in or sore spots massaged to help you feel better. It’s the entire experience!

I believe strongly in delivering the calibre of treatment I personally would be happy to receive – to every client at every treatment.

You won’t be left alone in the room with needles in. Your concerns will be acknowledged. All aspects of your treatment plan will be explained, using language you understand. Your comfort will be prioritised. And the time you’ve booked with me is all yours, not shared with other clients.

Why so much attention to detail? Because you deserve it!

How I can help you…

Conditions people commonly come to see me about include headaches, neck pain, back pain, shoulder pain, TMJ or jaw pain, hip pain, knee pain, wrist pain, scars, arthritis, bursitis, tendonitis, sports injuries, muscle tension, irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, bloating, nausea, insomnia, anxiety, depression, stress, fibromyalgia, asthma, fatigue, period pain, pregnancy-related issues, surgical recovery, cancer support and changes associated with aging.

Please feel free to contact me for a chat about if and how I can help you feel better.
